Return window and condition
- 7-day returns from delivery for unused/unopened items in original packaging with all components and proof of purchase. Products showing wear, physical damage, or missing parts may be denied or subject to restocking fees.

Warranty
- Device warranty: 12 months against manufacturing defects. Excludes misuse, unauthorized repairs, physical damage, water ingress beyond IP rating, and normal wear and tear.
- Warranty coverage is void for any damage resulting from non-adherence to the cautions and instructions in the User Manual and product packaging (e.g., improper cleaning agents, operation outside rated conditions, unauthorized modifications, or use with non-approved accessories). Claim via support with proof of purchase.
