Shipping and Return Policy

  • Shipping coverage and timelines
    • Serviceable across India via leading couriers. Standard delivery: 2–7 business days by location; remote areas may take longer. Dispatch within 24–48 business hours on business days.
  • Shipping fees
    • Displayed at checkout based on PIN and service level. Free shipping threshold: orders above ₹15,000.
  • Order tracking
    • Tracking link shared via email/SMS upon dispatch. Status visible in My Account.
  • Delivery attempts
    • Couriers typically attempt 2–3 deliveries. Unsuccessful deliveries may be returned to origin; reshipping may incur additional charges.
  • Damaged or missing items
    • Inspect upon delivery. If tampered/damaged, refuse or record video and notify support within 48 hours with photos and unboxing video.
  • Return window and condition
    • 7-day returns from delivery for unused/unopened items in original packaging with all components and proof of purchase. Products showing wear, physical damage, or missing parts may be denied or subject to restocking fees.
  • Return shipping
    • Defective/incorrect items: prepaid pickup or reimbursed return shipping.
    • Other returns: customer-borne return shipping. Use our prepaid label if offered to ensure tracking.
  • Return process
    • Initiate via Support or mail us at oraluxindia@gmail.com. Pack securely; include RMA number (if provided). Handover to designated courier. Refund/exchange processed post-inspection.
  • Warranty
    • Device warranty: 12 months against manufacturing defects. Excludes misuse, unauthorized repairs, physical damage, water ingress beyond IP rating, and normal wear and tear. Warranty coverage is void for any damage resulting from non‑adherence to the cautions and instructions in the User Manual and product packaging (e.g., improper cleaning agents, operation outside rated conditions, unauthorized modifications, or use with non‑approved accessories). Claim via support with proof of purchase.
