Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Order cancellation
    • Before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled from the order page or by contacting support. Full refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days after confirmation.
    • After dispatch: Cancellation converts to a return - accept delivery and initiate a return under the Return Policy.
  • Refund eligibility
    • Unused/unopened products in original packaging with all accessories and manuals within 7 days of delivery.
    • Incorrect, damaged, or defective on arrival: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos; replacements or refunds provided after verification.
    • Hygiene and safety: For oral-care devices and accessories, used items cannot be resold; opened/used items are eligible only if defective.
  • Refund method and timelines
    • Original payment method wherever possible; otherwise store credit or bank transfer.
    • Processing within 5-7 business days after inspection; bank/card posting times may vary.
  • Non-refundable
    • Gift cards, downloadable content, free promotional items, consumables opened/used, customized orders, and costs beyond our control (e.g., COD fees if applicable).
  • How to request
